Personal Training, Health Coaching and Small Group Fitness Options
Thank you for visiting Beyond Biceps! I am a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and health coach. I've been in the business for over 6 years; starting as a boot camp participant moving on to an instructor. I've gained and lost weight over the years and understand firsthand the struggle. I'd love to help you with your fitness journey; whether it's weight loss or improving overall fitness.

One on one training will help you set and reach your goals. Each session will target the areas you wish to improve through the use of weights, TRX, bands, balls, and bodyweight movements. We will work outside of your comfort zone, but always keeping form and safety in mind. Sessions are available at my home, your home, the park and even via Skype. You choose and commit.
Grab a friend or 2 and make working out fun! I provide a variety of workouts geared toward any level with modifications to meet your goals. We can meet locally at a park or convenient location in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Up to 4 people per session. We will use TRX, bands, balls and bodyweight for a workout that is constantly changing to meet your needs.
Personal Training: $30 for 1/2 hour, $50 for 1 hour
(Training can be in person or via Skype)
Group Training: $75 for 1 hour; 4 people maximum
